What we process and why

When you call, email, or contact us through WhatsApp, we use the contact details and information you provide to respond, discuss services, and handle your enquiry. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in handling business communications. Business records may also be kept where required by law. This website has no contact form, analytics, or advertising trackers in this version.

Your privacy choice and optional services

We store your optional-content choice in your browser's local storage (ironil_privacy_choice_v1) for up to six months; this is needed to remember the choice. Before you opt in, the page does not load Google Maps, Google Fonts, or Bootstrap from their providers. If you consent, your browser connects to Google (for Maps and fonts) and jsDelivr (for Bootstrap). They can receive technical data such as your IP address and may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. You may also load only the map using its button. External providers may process data outside the EEA; see their policies for details. Withdrawing consent prevents future loading on this site, but may not remove cookies already set by those providers.

Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice at any time. Rejecting optional content does not stop you from using the rest of the website. If you withdraw after loading the map, the page reloads to remove that embedded content.

How long we keep information

The browser choice expires after six months or when you clear site storage. Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle the request, fulfil a contract, or meet legal retention duties. The exact period depends on the enquiry and any applicable accounting or legal requirements.

Other services and recipients

Clicking WhatsApp opens a service operated by Meta; sending an email uses your mail provider. Their handling of data is covered by their policies. A production hosting provider may process routine connection and security logs; its identity, location, and log retention must be documented after hosting is selected. We do not sell contact information.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
